Draft & Dynasty League

This was a see-saw battle between these two juggernauts as both teams played stifling defense. The difference of this game was the efficiency of Ranch Royals from downtown as they went 8 for 19 as a team; led by the 100% shooting of Nikko Da Reaper Reyes. In contrast, Super Sonics went a miserable 4 for 16 from 3 pt land; which left me scratching my head because they looked so solid making shots in the paint. This was a two-point game going into the 4th quarter but Mayhem Merto caught on fire with 9 of his 13 points coming in the final frame as Ranch Royals got their first win by the score of 53-47. Gelo Jiggling Escano had a nice game coming off the bench with 14 points, while Nero Killa Viguilla filled up the stat sheet with 6 points 5 rebounds 4 assists and 2 steals. Ivan Sanchez and John Damole combined for 35 points and 8 rebounds to lead Super Sonics, but they will need General Joe Florin to be more aggressive on the offensive end, only 5 shots is just unlike him! Hopefully, they will have the services of Brandon Reyes in their second game. Ranch Royals showed that they are still a force to reckon with even without the #1 overall pick.
