The late scratch of Jacob Ramirez left a big hole in the paint for Iron Legion. John Fontanilla took full advantage of the small Iron Legion lineup and gave Black Hawks an early double digit lead behind his crafty moves in the pain. Mark Gozun controlled the game with his mid-range, while Kale Ercia sprinted past the transition defense for easy fast break points. Iron Legion could never make a serious run to cut the deficit and in the end lost the game by a whopping 37 points. One bright spot was Jeffery Delacruz, he showed a lot of energy on the boards and ended with up 12 points and 6 rebounds, Iron Legion hopes he continues to give them consistent positive output in the upcoming weeks. The night belonged to Shake N Bake Jake Soratorio, ending up with 20 points and going 6 for 9 from the three-point line. Black Hawks will go against another undefeated team next week to see who is the real #1 team in the league.
