King Cobras was without their primary ball handler Justin Gomez last night, but John Quintos was able to step up his game for King Cobras as they took a 4 point lead after the first quarter. Ethan Lethal Leano started to make his presence felt with his inside game and his ability to find open teammates. Jedi Limbo and Billy Ramos started to heat up from three point land in the second half to keep King Cobras in the game, but JJ Teppanyaki Tovera and Erwin Step Back Mendoza were the unsung heroes for the Black Mambas victory as they combined for 37 points and 13 rebounds. Black Mambas got their first win of the season, but if they continue to get scoring from their role players then they can expect many more wins. King Cobras need to be at full strength if they want to make run to end the second half of the season.
